Q: Are you certified, did you go to school for this?

A: Yes, I graduated from Sonoran Desert Institute with an associate's degree in Firearms Technology. I am also certified as a Glock Armorer, Handgun Specialist and Cerakote Authorized Applicator. I am also an NRA Basic Pistol Instructor.

Q: Are you Insured:

A: Yes we are fully insured with one of the best agencies in the firearms business.

Q: Are you licensed and registered?

A: We are licensed here in Horry County and are registered with the State of South Carolina under Palmetto Precision Firearms LLC.

Q: How come your LLC is different than your company name?

A: The LLC was originally formed under Palmetto Precision Firearms, but since then we have merged with East Coast Custom Firearms and are dedicated to continuing the quality craftsman ship you have come to know and trust.

Q: What is your turnaround time for work?

A: The turnaround time can fluctuate depending on the job you are asking us to do and the current workload we have already accepted. Typically, we tell our customers 4 to 6 weeks. But we will let you know if we are running ahead or behind schedule. All we ask is that you be patient with us knowing that we are putting in the time, skill and craftsmanship to provide the very best for your firearm.

Q: Is it just you working alone?

A: Yes as of right now I am working solo, but we are ready to onboard two more employees and hope to soon.
